Two Questions
I have two questions for moms. The first is for those who work from home only, and the second is for anyone:
1) When do you work? How old are your children? Do your children still nap? How do you work if they do not nap?
2) Do you have "quiet time"? How do you enforce this quiet time? How do you make it be, actually, "quiet?" Do you have one child who naps and one who doesn't, and how do you get the non-napper to be quiet?

Now, this wasn't the case. I taught piano lessons for years and would be teaching when the kids were only a few weeks old. It was tough, but from 3:00 - whenever was MOmmy work time. I had to with a variety of preschoolers, kids, and babies. It was tough, and I just had to keep enforcing the boundaries.
Nap/quiet time - I have a kid who napped until 5 and a kid who quit before 2. With everyone, I enforced quiet time and the ones that slept, slept the ones who didn't had to be quiet. the could lay and listen to music or sometimes read quiet (if I knew there was NO chance they were sleeping)
Good luck with figuring out your toddler issue. I can COMPLETELY empathize
My kids are 10,9 and 7. Unfortunantly none of them nap any more. Also I dont work any more as I quit my job in part of a protest!

When my kids were younger during nap time I would have quiet time, but now that they are older my quiet time is after they sleep!
Nap- :) Most kids still nap until 4. At 4 I let kids do other quiet nap things. Some times watching a movie in Mama's bed is the biggest treat of all. Other ideas- play dough, outside play with back door open, or books or even bath time can be quiet. Good luck
My younger two nap at the same time every day (for the most part) so I do get that sanity time still. I hope it lasts but I know it may not.
